Casitas! Frontera are
situated in the heart of historic Patagonia, adjacent to an early Territorial adobe home (where we live). The environment
is plush with mature trees & plantings & a fountain anchors the front patio. The back courtyard patio is ideal
for lingering, particularly for bird watching or evenings by the fire (a large Turkish copper pit). Year-round bird
feeders keep our gardens busy with a rich assortment of birds, including hummers. Guests are welcome to use
all the sitting areas, front & back. Casitas! Frontera are
separated from the main house by interior garden courtyards. Each Casita has two entrances, one to the
courtyard & the other to either Mendoza Alley (where off-road parking is available) or Naugle Avenue. The garden
setting is welcoming & private & is convenient to Patagonia's many amenities.

Our memorable atmosphere is regionally eclectic & features authentic
textiles & rugs, regional furniture, folk & contemporary art. An 840sf (two-story) loft space, it includes a
sitting area with vintage twin-size iron daybed (downstairs) that also serves as a cozy corner sitting/lounging
area; a complete kitchen & two sleeping areas (one up & one down), each with unusually comfortable queen
beds. The Casita's single bathroom is downstairs & features an unusually large (Mexican tile) walk-in
shower. A wrought iron spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd floor loft sleeping area which has ample storage
& floor space + mountain & village views. As a loft space, please note that the upstairs bedroom, while discrete, is
partially open to the downstairs via the wrought iron staircase & balcony---so it is private but not soundproof.
Casitas! Frontera have been thoughtfully
furnished & appointed, including all kitchen requirements. Bedding & linens were selected for their quality,
aesthetic appeal & comfort. A television (with satellite reception, DVD/VCR player & stereo) is discretely
hidden in the vintage Mexican armoire. Each Casita is comfortably &
quietly Air Conditioned. Wi-Fi
service is available. Verizon cell service is
the most reliable in this area. For those conducting
business while in Patagonia, our real estate office
is on the property if you need to send/receive a fax, etc. Please call on us if your stay
also involves looking at properties in this area. We're very thorough & have an excellent history
of good results for our clients.

A two-evening minimum stay is requested.
Our
lodging rate is $130/evening,
$780/week
for 1-2 guests
& $700/week for full week stays thereafter (1-2
guests).
There is an additional $25.00/evening charge
for
each additional guest (infants & small children excluded).
6% local/state
sales tax will also be applied.
Casitas! Frontera accomodates
a maximum of 8 guests.
We accept payment by check or cash
only & not by credit card.
A 50% deposit is required to secure
your stay.
Your booking deposit is 75% refundable provided
you cancel at least
14 days prior to your arrival.
Bookings of a duration longer than one week
require
prepayment in full & a 21 day
cancellation period.
